DONATE - LEADERSHIP GIVING
You will be recognized at the appropriate level (with your permission*) in our annual printed Report to the Community. Your leadership-level
investment in the community will have a significant impact, providing needed
services for low-income, uninsured or vulnerable populations. For example, your
donation may provide the following:
- $500 per year
Prevents homelessness for a family facing
eviction, and provides resources to help them move
toward financial
and personal self-sufficiency.
- $1,000 per year
Helps an older adult remain healthy,
independent, and in their own home by providing weekly
Senior
Companion visits for one year.
- $2,500 per year
Provides a Family Advocate to assist
three at-risk families develop their parenting skills,
raise healthy
children and reach their self-sufficiency
goals through
home visitation, group sessions, and case management.
- $5,000 per year
Provides comprehensive dental care and
oral health education to 50 uninsured, low-income
children.
- $10,000
per year
Helps more than 70 children age 7-14 who
are coping with a serious illness or death of a loved
one find
support though Camp Good Grief, a three-day
summer camp offering a safe and compassionate environment in which
children develop
positive coping skills and behaviors for dealing with their grief
issues.
