Moore Oklahoma Tornado:

How You Can Help the Victims

When disasters happen, we naturally want to reach out. What disaster relief agencies need most right now is financial donations. Here are three ways you can help:

1. Eric Myers, Executive Director of the Western Colorado Chapter, American Red Cross, said the best way to assist families is to make a donation online at www.redcross.org. You can also mail a check to the local American Red Cross office at 506 Gunnison Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501. To donate by phone, please call the Colorado Region office at 970.242.4851

2. You can give online through The Salvation Army in Oklahoma. Other giving options are listed on their website.

3. United Way of Central Oklahoma’s Disaster Relief Fund is open. Donations may be made online at www.unitedwayokc.org or by mail to United Way of Central Oklahoma, P.O. Box 837, Oklahoma City, OK 73101 with a notation for the May Tornado Relief.

Thank you for your compassion.
